In 1989 was founded by Pozzana family, led by father and son, with deep knowledge and long experience in special weldings.

During the 90’s it started cooperation with the biggest international engineering companies in the field of Steel Plants.

In 2007 the Company moved to its new Headquarter, a new office building and workshop to satisfy the increasing demand of space, where to manufacture and store the produced Equipments.
